Autopay Authorization Terms

Version 2026-09-28. This page is a formal authorization. If you tick the Autopay checkbox on Checkout or Billing before paying with Razorpay, you accept these terms in full. Cloudesk is part of New Tech Solution.

1. What Autopay means

By enabling Autopay, you expressly authorize New Tech Solution (operating Cloudesk) and its payment partner Razorpay to charge the payment method you use (or later update) for recurring Cloudesk subscription renewals — weekly or monthly as per your active plan — including seat packages and any active Quality Runner add-on shown on your invoice, until you pause, cancel, or turn Autopay off.

2. Tick = acceptance (not hidden)

Autopay is optional. It is only turned on when you actively tick the Autopay checkbox and complete payment. That tick is your clear, affirmative consent. We record: your user account, company, timestamp, terms version, and payment context. You cannot later claim that Autopay was hidden or forced without consent if you ticked the box and paid.

3. Amounts and timing

Charges follow your plan commitment and the amounts shown on Pricing / Billing / invoices (USD unless stated otherwise). Coupons apply only when valid and entered before payment. Failed Autopay attempts may block new work until the balance is cleared, as under our prepaid Terms.

4. How to stop Autopay

From Billing you may Turn off Autopay, schedule a pause after the current cycle, or cancel the next cycle. Turning off Autopay or cancelling for the next cycle does not cut off a period you already paid for — your plan stays active until that week/month ends; only future Autopay charges stop. 5. Relationship to other terms

These Autopay Authorization Terms form part of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Governing law: India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, including for international clients.

6. Acknowledgement

IF YOU TICK AUTOPAY AND PROCEED TO PAY, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS PAGE, UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZING RECURRING CHARGES, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AUTHORIZATION.
