If I turn off Autopay or cancel next cycle, do I lose access immediately?

No. If you already paid the current week/month, turning off Autopay or cancelling for the next cycle keeps your plan active until that paid cycle ends. Only future automatic charges stop. Pause after cycle works the same way for access during a paid period.
